I like this place. I walk the extra 20ft past 7-11 cause the people that work here are nice and I'd rather finance my deathbed at a locally owned shop.

I used to live above here and came here frequently. We bought a hookah here so we used to come and buy tobacco and coals..still do. The older gentleman that works here is nice...too nice. He always wants me to sit down and smoke with him. It wouldn't be so awkward if it wasn't just the two of us and I understand what he was saying. His kids that work there on the weekends are nice. It's convenient and They have quite a selection. I wouldn't recommend buying Swishers or "blunt wraps" here..as they are a bit dry. Friendly people, good selection..convenient if you are or live in the area.

I went here once and the sole employee really made me feel unwelcome, as if my presence was hugely inconvenient for him. After sullenly ringing me up he practically shoved me out the door in his hurry to finish lounging on the sofa.Once I got out the door and looked down I realized he had grabbed the wrong pack of cigarettes and went back to get the ones I wanted (an easy mistake, giving me 80s instead of 100s). He gave me the nastiest glare when I walked back in, and when I explained the problem he looked at me like I was crazy and insisted that I got what I asked for (meanwhile, I have only ever smoked "Marlboro Lights 100s" and that phrase has been hardwired into my brain). After some argument, he went ahead and swapped them out and then didn't even wait for me to leave before plopping down in front of the TV again.Customer service is important at this type of business and here it is just the pits (or it was at least, this guy may have been fired by now).BTW, many 7-11 stores in this country are franchises, meaning that the 7-11 could easily be locally owned as well. Way to discriminate against Japanese corporate brands.

I am a weekend smoker and this shop is a little bit cheaper for cigs than the 7-11 nearby. The young people who work here after 6pm each day are very friendly and accomidating. This is their father's shop who works the store during the daytime. The young people who work the shop at night do sit on the sofa while watching evening t.v. when there are no customers which is perfectly fine. When a customer walks in the door they are right up of the sofa to assist you.The store is well kept and has a good selection of cigs.I try to support local bussineses instead of always going to a 7-11 which is right by this smoke-shop.

To start off, i am not a cigar afficionado. I just know good blunts. I have only been to little italy tobacco once and here's how it went:i come in lookin for 420clean. cant find it so i ask the guy. he leads me to it in the corner, in a glass case, covered with dust. how much? 12.95 a bottle. WOW no thanks, they look like they have been sitting for a few years. Reg price is $6/bottle. get ur 420 clean elsewere. So i get a pack of peach optimos intstead, well they were about as dry as the anza borrego desert. i mean really dampening the mood. bad blunts = bad nightso here comes 2 starts, at least the sales guy waS Chillgo to 7-11 for blunts they r way fresher

What a disaster!I walk into this place with a friend to find the only employee sitting on a couch with what appears to be his girlfriend watching TV.This might not be a big deal if as soon as a customer enters, the guy stands up and welcomes you (e.g., "Hey! How's it going guys?). Instead, it felt like we were the parents interrupting a high school make-out session on the living room sofa.If you're looking for cigarettes, walk the extra 20 feet to the 7-11 next door. If you're looking for a good cigar, go somewhere else.
