New owners have taken over BB Pho management, BUT they are doing the right thing and are preserving the old menu as well as the old recipes. Everything is great and portions are good for two meals (if you clean your plate in one sitting, you may want to re-evaluate your life). My personal favorite is still the combination fried rice. However, there are a few changes coming. On a related side note, looks like the Gyro King has become a late night hang out for the hookah crowd. In kind, Jamboree Kitchen is revamping to include late night dining and crawfish on to their menu. Yes, maybe the Irvine City Council's new urbanist vision for the IBC aren't so far fetched, i don't know. But, it does seem like that there's the start of a vibrant night life at the non-descript jamboree promenade (unless the cops have something to say about it).
