Great Mediterranean food by Malinda
Mediterranean Market is fantastic for all things Middle Eastern and Mediterranean. I love it. They have a great selection of produce that can be difficult to find and at reasonable prices. The Halal meat, cheeses, and olives are varied and delicious, as is the selection of baklava and breads. Also, any dried beans, spices, etc. are a steal in bulk. Oh, and the selection of olive and grape seed oils is one of the best. Go Mediterranean Market.

WOW, This is the place to be for all your mediterranean food. What I like the most about this place is very clean, organized, and the best part is they carry fresh meat where you can ask the butcher and he cuts what ever you like infront of you and the price is much cheaper than COSTCO. I met the owners and they are very nice , ready to help you in any way, also I noticed that they have been selected the best store in sacramento for this year in News and Review Mag.If you like Hookah, they have the most selection that I ever seen and the price way much cheaper any where else, also they give you a warranty on their Hookah for 2 years WOW!!! You must check them out, it is my Favariot store , you must see to beleive.

I go here when making homemade Hummus or Tapenade. They have lots of cool different item. I got some really good Greek olive oil in a huge bottle for only 10 bucks. The owners are really nice and took the time to help me find things in the packed shelves. They have a counter that sells several types of olives and several middle east/ Mediterranean spices in bulk.

I LOVE this place. They have everything Mediterranean that no one else has.I like one particular brand of grape leaves by Orlando that they carry. They also have all the little candies and goodies that we used to enjoy as kids. You've not seen a better selection of feta. The guys are very kind, as Fifi mentioned. I wanted a lot of different things but couldn't remember what they were called. Between the guy at the counter and the guy in the back, we were able to figure out what I was looking for. They also suggested some better brands for the stuff I was looking for. My parents would love this place. FANTASTIC! My husband better get used to driving me here. S.W.A.K.

Fabulous!! Must try if you've never been. The guys who work there are really friendly and will give you tastes of different cheeses and olives if you ask. I even took my sister who lives in Egypt here when she was visiting and she was impressed by their selection and how kind the guys are. The French, Bulgarian and Greek feta are both delicious and reasonably priced. Great selection of olive oils. Cheap kefir and middle eastern flatbread. Loads of refrigerated and frozen goods, and of course a halal meat counter if you're Muslim. What more could I ask for?

AWESOME PLACE! It is definitely me and my roommate's new favorite store... One of the few places you can get FRESH pita in the Arden Area. Great food, cheap prices, friendly service. Try some lovely French feta, or delectable imported deli meats, all delicious! What more could you desire? It also has the best selection of hookahs and hookah accessories bar none in the immediate area. Forget driving out to Cobblestone to purchase coals or Shisha. Come here and pay half the price for the same if not better products!

Very decent middle eastern grocery store. I'm sure if you are of arab back ground this place has all the necessary food/beverage items. I was looking for Persian food, which they have a small section. They have a decent selection of fresh feta, olives, and deli meat. I'm a big fan of Bulgarian feta and very happy to find it here for a good price. They don't really have a fresh veggie section. I was specifically looking for fresh Persian sabzi and bummed that none was available. They also have misc household items, hookas, textiles, music, etc. again all catering to the arab and not persians. In summary, more than adequate grocery store for all your middle eastern wants, but for all us Iranians out there....still searching.
Wide selection of Hookah by Jacob
WoW!!!! This market is the bomb, they have a wide selection of Hookah, my friend and I counted how many flavors they have and it was over 58 and the price way much cheaper in any place we went. They have Tonic Hookah for $16.00 where others sell at $20.
They have a very cool selection of Mediterranean food, I was impressed. The owner 'Sam' is so cool, he gave us a backlava to try and it was yummmy!!!! This is my place from now on, go and check them out and dive in their selection it is a must see market.

Totally convenient, and the people are friendly (especially if you are new to the spices and brands, like me). Come here for the extensive hookah gear, breads, spices, and frozen vegetables! Yeah, my mom and I even come here for the frozen okra to use in our Vietnamese soups. Tens times better than Trader Joes or Whole Foods when you need those obscure ingredients for that special recipe.they also have a great selection of dried lentils and grains by the pound. Also, load up on the tahini you'll need for all that hummus making.
