Unfortunately, I so far haven't had a chance to try the hookah or stay for a band, but the atmosphere was very chic and they had some great panini. Good hummus too, although the falafel appetizer I had was sadly dry and sub-par. Two things about Cafe Arabica stick out in my mind: the peanut butter and chocolate pita wedges and the fact that the waitress wrote her phone number on the back of the customer evaluation card without specifying whom among my two female dining companions and me it was meant for, which lead to a lot of confused whispering of 'no, I think it's for you' while we paid the check.

Great decor and plenty of space but the place is not popular yet. I heard on friday and saturday nights, the crowd could get up to 200 people but there is a cover charge and a minimum for dinner because they have DJs and belly dancers. The service is very good. The owner is extremely friendly.

A unique fun spot if you're looking for something different. They have good bands, and decent middle eastern cuisine (lots of good snacky options) but you dont really come here for the food. The food is just a nice add on while you're enjoying the music and the hookah. Where else in NJ can you go out for a group smoke? Its fun!No liquor license but you can bring your own.
