I'm actually really surprised that no one has reviewed Peacepipe yet. Perhaps no one wants to be associated with a smoke shop? If thats the case I'm more than happy to sing some praises! This place has the hands down best selection for hookahs and shisha in Santa Rosa, and its the only place I've seen north of San Francisco that carries Fumari tobacco. They've also got a ton of really high quality pipes as well as some cool jewelry and other accessories. Plus- really sweet salespeople that will actually remember you!

I don't go here very often anymore but I have to agree with KC that staff at Peace Pipe are really, really nice. Not only do they sell "everything for your 420 lifestyle" as the radio ad says, they have helped to support marijuana policy reform. On more than one occasion they have allowed me to put literature on the counter promoting political candidates or organizations like this one that are working to end the insane policy of marijuana prohibition: http://www.mpp.orgYou might think that this is to be expected from a smoke shop but believe me, it's not very common. Most of these places are about as apolitical as it gets.

THE standard for knowledgeable smoke shop staff.  Great prices on hookah supplies.  The people here are really, really nice and helpful, always enough staff on hand to still get to chat it up with whoever's working while not feeling guilty that you're making someone else wait forever.  Waaay less janky and tattered-feeling inside than the Mighty Quinn, I might add.  Great glass and great people.  Go here first.

Be warned.  Along with their authentic american roors,  Peace Pipe has now started selling knock off (FAKE) 'German' roors.   The glass is janky.  Do not be fooled into purchasing a 'German' roor here.  Yes, the 'made is Germany" stickers are fake also - as authentic German roor's DON'T come with 'Made In Germany' stickers.    You've been warned.

i'm from so cal, and deal exclusively with peacepipe for all my glassware needs, making the pilgrimage up to santa rosa as needed.  there is no comparison between peacepipe and the glut of overpriced stores down here.  seriously.and customer service?  peacepipe is the win!  last time i was up there in the market for a new piece of glassware, my brand loyal self was persuaded by their staff to go with something other than what i intended to buy.  the reason?  the known flaw with the downstem of the roor, it will not stay in place.  so based on their recommendation, i walked out with a thicker piece that has these wonderful threads to hold the downstem in place, all for less than i would have paid for a roor.  it's that kind of knowledge of their products that keeps me a fan.  so i picked up some spare downstems and an ash catcher too, knowing i wouldn't be back for a while.looking forward to my next trip to peacepipe, not sure when it's going to be though.
