These guys are great. You never walk in without friendly service and great deals, and leave without buying something. The guys here like to bargain with you, and I definitely got a great deal on a mini hookah which I had so much fun using with friends. :) We tried a variety of flavors of the shishah (sp?) and always got good deals on that too. It's right on telegraph and it's small, so keep on the look out it's a little easy to miss. :)

I just got back from Hi-Times and had a great experience. They helped me with everything. They gave me amazing discounts on my hookah, coals, and tobacco and I spent over $100 less than I had expected to pay when I walked in. I am more than happy with my experience there and I will definitely go back for any future purchases.

An excellent head shop!  I'm not much of a stoner these days, but I do enjoy my whippets now and again.  These guys are super friendly and always treat me right when I come through.  They'll sell me 50 count boxes of NO2 at $20 a box, which is basically the same price per unit you'd find online only when buying much larger quantities.  Also, no sales tax and generally they'll even throw in some free balloons! They're always sure to offer good deals on pipes and bongs (though I have no need for them) but they're never pushy like at some shops.  One of the guys in particular is very cheerful and always remembers me and gives me a pound whenever I stroll in there.

I gotta agree with that chick below me. MANNNNNN. like, she's right!I walk in. for a dare :] and look at the lighters. and that man just offers to sell it to me. Which IS PRETTY DAMN COOL. the ligther is hella raw. and i'm glad i bought that shit. :] So like, the lighter is silver-ish. grey-ish. (it's all shiny) then when you open the lighter, the shit lights up with a glowing dolphin in front. beautiful, i gotta say. then with one CLICK, it just lights up! so like, yeah, that was coo. we were like, oh yeah, that was coo. then my friend wanted to see it, so she like, CLICKED, and she held onto the flame. and you know what happened? it TURNED GREEN. and sure sure, you people who are readin this are probably like, "DUDE. those are so old" blah blah blah. "You are so inexperienced" well, you know what?! i still think it's cool. :] and it was at a fairly good price too.Okay. so then after i bought that lighter, i went in DEEPER to the store. and guess what i found? PIPES. pretty ones too! like, colorful, rainbow, shiny, fuckin PIPES. for what? :] you already know. ANYWAY. the second man beind the pipes were like, "hey. are you interested?" and we were like, WHOA. and then he was like, "heyyy.. how old ARE you guys? are you guys over 18?" and we were like, "... uhhh ... " and we just ran out. :] cuhs we're smart like that. don't hate. WELL. i'd gotta give this store a 5/5. becuhs everythin in here is koo. koo. :]
