It's not seria, it's serie, but anywho...more like 2 and a half, but I'm being nice.VERY dominican, but of course, it's the Heights.Female staff and bartenders donned in soul-crushing red-corsets, upper balcony-type setup with moderate-sized dance floor that got VERY crowded.They offer hookah, I'm not sure at what rate though. The bartender was great, she actually made my malibu sunrise and amarreto sours with liquor that I could taste, yum. And at 9 bucks each, not too shabby. I've paid $14 at other places for drinks I don't so much as smell liquor.Typical spanish place with a spanish crowd and spanish music.And don't take that the wrong way! I'm spanish too
