OK Cleo's has it loyal customers who come here either because they are too young to get into other hookah bars, or because they are broke and are going to just use one of their friends hookahs.This place is not for anyone over the age of 20 or who does not live in the neighborhood. I know a lot of people who go here so I will continue to go since it is a good place to gather my friends all into one place. But it is gross, disgusting, and I wish I could avoid this place.The hookahs are cheap at 7 dollars but I would recommend getting a few more dollars and heading either way down the street to either Gypsy or Shisha.Trust me don't go here, it is gross, the bathrooms are never clean, and everyone always has to either go to kroger or head to wendy's because no one wants what ever viruses are floating around that room.
