worst hookah lounge/bar ever(i have been to at least 30 worldwide) by chris
to pay a cover for a place then having to listen to youtube ads and computer pop up clicking noises over the sound system is like a slap in the face... running request music off of youtube is ridiculous... it led to long silences in-between songs huge difference in sound quality and volume jumps from song to song. they are telling 10 groups of people to make requests and some groups want dance fast paced stuff others wanted rap and others wanted alternative rock it led to a mob mentality and i am sure i watched another group of people get up and leave because you cut their music request off after 30 seconds and put dance music back on.... there was a palpable tension in the room whenever a song changed. you fail miserably in most aspects of customer service from the music, to the servers ineptitude...i cant believe workers priorities seemed to be smoking their own hookahs over getting me and my friends a menu(after 10 minutes of standing waiting to be seated)... will never go again... i have been in hookah lounges in 3rd world countries that were way better then this
Worst Hookah Bar Ever by Bill
I will never go back, their menu says $10 hookahs inluding cover but yet when i ordered 2 hookahs they charged me $35 for 2 hookahs.....talk about false advertising, plus the people that work there i think r on drugs cuz there is a strong oder of pot on their employees, and the service sucks, their always downstairs in the basement doing god only knows what and the customers r left alone upstairs. i have been to many hookah bars throughout suffolk, nassau, and queens, but i will never go back to Fire&Ice in Smithtown, they were the absolute worst one ever.
