I was rudely greeted and then i asked where the bathroom is and the waiter asked me if i came there to use the bathroom or give them money, i still stayed but was disappointed the rest of the night. Dont go there not worth it at all.

The best hookah bar in town. They use Natural Charocoal and the customer service is great. They are so nice with u and take care of ur needs. The girl that works there is so sweet and she makes u feel welcome. The FRUIT HEAD is soooooooooooooo good! 6 stars

I walk into a dark, poorly laid out facility and up to what I assumed was the staff counter only she was blocked by a wall of hookahs followed by six of her friends. After several minutes of standing around she finally asked in a "I'm bothered with your presence tone," Can I help you? To which I asked if they sold a particular product I was looking for. She replied "what is that, what did he say?" So by that time I've got six people starring at me like I'm weird and talking amongst themselves about my question instead of towards me. BOTTOM LINE: Rude, Snobby, Hippies in a dark scary place where I felt a decent chance of being raped or kidnapped.

This place is terrible. It's dirty, the environment sucks, the employees are rude and unhelpful, and most importantly, the hookah is garbage. I will not be going there again.

Run by solid people, who really are passionate about giving you a unique experience, in a plush, culturally immersed environment. There are many things offered on their menu beyond just the hookah flavors. Be actively curious, ask questions, and give your senses something new to be excited about!

This place is wonderful because if you come in about the second or third time they know you by name. Relaxed atmosphere, great place to hang out and smoke, play card games, just hang out. You will play werewolf with us.

I agree with the descriptions given by the previous posters, Petra is the BEST! I started coming here once I got fed up with Medina on West Market St (now d/b/a Arabian Nights). The owner, Haitham, and manager, Dara really make you feel like family. The quality of the hookah is phenomenal and the natural charcoal makes such a big difference. The service is second to none and they make sure to keep an eye on your hookah, your coals, and your drinks. The flavor selection is great, but the double apple is delicious. The guava rocks, too! They offer fruit heads which burn longer and taste great! A true taste of the Middle East in Greensboro!

They also have a professional chef make food on Friday nights, I've been told by my friends from Lebanon that the flavors are 100% authentic. The belly dancer is also very sweet! I love Petra!!
