Just as you never plan to go to a Denny's or [fill in your local 24-hr diner here] at 2 AM in the morning, but end up there anyway, you will at some point end up by Gravesend Neck; it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.When you do, you and your friends must stop by Shadows. Your friends, your alcohol-craving body, and your bank account will thank you. This place gets 5 starts for hitting the nail on the head for an awesome bar - 1) cheap drinks, 2) awesome bartenders, 3) great ambiance. The place is very well designed inside. Features a bar on the first floor with a tasteful shadows of stripped women dancing projecting onto a wall, dance trance blasting while the bartenders manage to quickly fill drink orders, dance, and socialize with the crowd - all at the same time.Downstairs, there is a full dance floor for your dancing pleasure with cool black-light graphics and a good speaker system. Take your friends and come on down to this diamond in the ruff of Brooklyn and you'll be happy you did - ya hear?!

A nice cozy place to stop by on late nights. They have a full bar and offer hookah as well. They play dance/trance/house type music. The environment is dark with nice furnishings and a really tight, modern feel.Enjoy!
