One of the cooler hookah bars I have smoked at. They have a huge beer selection, some top40 music mixed well with old hiphop classics and dance music. Decor is cool, exposed brick is always a plus. Empty when we got there, filled up as we were leaving around 1030 on a thursday last week (right before christmas). no complaints, hookahs was tasty, did get a little harsh but they fixed it right away. Will be back

This is the only hookah bar in Binghamton, so I guess they feel like they don't have to try very hard: there's no competition.I visited Cafe Oasis and was really disappointed. The $3 sangria came in a tiny plastic cup, and there was no glassware available for my boyfriend to pour his beer into. Maybe I'm being picky, but when I go out somewhere and pay $5 for a cider that I could get a 6 pack of for $8 at Wegmans, I'd at least like a glass for it.The atmosphere is lacking. There are couches and draperies, but no real effort to decorate the space seems to have been made. If done properly, the exposed brick walls could be cool or charming. Instead, they make the place look unfinished. I was honestly uncertain as to whether or not the place was undergoing renovations. The floors and tabletops were dirty.There *are* a lot of hookah flavors, and a variety of beers. Unfortunately, the service is lacking. I waited about 10 minutes before being asked if I was ready to order, despite several efforts to flag down the young woman working at the counter. The coals on our hookah went out very quickly, and we had to wait about 10 minutes after asking for more coals for the hookah to be refilled.I love hookah. Cafe Oasis was a huge disappointment to me.

I've only been here once because I don't live in Binghamton anymore.The only hookah bar around.  A great place to go, chill with friends, and hang out.  They have over 20 beers according to some sites.  I tried a blueberry beer and enjoyed it.The staff is nice and friendly.  They suggested a flavor for the hookah.Come if you've tried hookah or if you're a newbie.
