Talk about sketchy. Everything about this place is sleazy. It's ugly on both the outside and the inside, the service is terrible, and the tables are often dirty. I came here a few times when I was at AU since it was close by, and there isn't a whole lot of other stuff going on in Tenleytown. The hookah itself is decent, but expensive, and I'm sure you can find a much better experience and nicer environment with the same stuff elsewhere. I've heard stories of the staff being jerks to the customers, but from my own experience, it was just really slow. The only reason I am giving them more than 1 star is that the pita and hummus was pretty good, and I think I enjoyed that even more than the hookah. It's too bad; hookah bars are cool in general, but this one needs a complete overhaul.

Small, sometimes packed difficult to sit.Food isn't great... I guess living in Egypt will ruin that for me.The upside- the shisha is great, and Melody Arabia is playing non-stop on the tv.  The downside- everything else.  Dirty, high prices, sticky floors, bad food, and they're usually out of things.Prince in Georgetown on Wisconsin (rather than Prospect) is better.Skip all the Prince locations and hit up Soussi in Adams Morgan for shisha and drinks if you're 21+.

this place is lame, I tell you, lame. I went here a few too many times back in the day because I thought it was really cool to smoke hookah and make an ass out of myself trying to blow smoke rings. the people here are sleazy and like to stare at 15 year old girls. The food should be avoided at all costs!!! and it is overpriced considering it's flavored air you're paying for.Want really tasty hookah for really cheap? order Jasmine Sheesha in either Egypt or Pakistan.

Let's just say I didn't feel comfortable ordering food here, though I have at the other locations.  The service was really rude as well.  Since they had turkish coffee on the menu, we inquired whether or not turkish tea was available.  The guy just rolled his eyes and said, "what do you mean do we have turkish tea, we have lipton tea."  He acted as if we committed some snobby sin and made it clear he was thoroughly offended.  I then made the mistake of asking if there was any alcohol available.  He bitterly explained that they "...used to have a liquor license, but no more."  Sorry, but it's not my fault the place is a dump and the patrons only consist of high school kids - I don't really want to pay to have someone express their discontent with the situation.
