I returned for the second time and had a nice dinner at Sahara last night. We ordered the GrilledPlatter (almost $18) and a Vege Platter (almost $9). While we were waiting for the order, we noticed a slight change in the setup. They had two Lebanese musicians playing the traditional instrument, one gentleman who was very skilled at playing Lute (the traditional guitar like instrument) and a lady with sagat (Finger cymbals). At times music was pretty loud making it difficult to have a dinner conversation but quiet entertaining. The gentleman singing and playing the instrument was talented and we enjoyed his singing. This act alone raised their profile in my eyes as I am a sucker for good music. Food came hot and presentation was very nice. Hummus was great and the grilled lamb was my favorite. I still felt a tad lack of flavor in other grilled meats but the other side items made up for the missing flavor. I had a decent conversation with the couple who run the restaurant towards the end and interestingly enough the owner recognized me from my first review on Yelp! it made for a good laugh. I enjoyed my chat with them. The restaurant is family friendly, the food is pretty decent and the entertainment made for a lively night. I would ask you to try out the place for yourself and share your thoughts. This is a decent family run Lebanese market and restaurant. Food was okay and the service was…

Not great. I went with my girlfriend for lunch on the weekend and I had the beef shawarma sandwich and it was dry and flavorless. The amount of meat on the sandwich was seriously lacking but the amount of onions certainly wasn't. There was at least 3/4s of an onion on my sandwich. The bread was also nothing to write home about. My girlfriend had the chicken shawarma platter and the same goes for her. It wasn't very good. Also, the water and coke had an AWFUL sulfur taste to it that couldn't be avoided. They definitely need to add a filter onto their soda fountain/taps. The service was a bit on the slow side as well which was odd seeing as how it wasn't very crowded. I'll be back to try it again, but I won't be rushing.

I came here for lunch during the weekday. The food was decent - the service was excellent and the owner did check on us....the place is brand new...everything is new from the outdoor seating furniture to the interior and the hookahs as well. The reason for a 3 out of 5. The shisha (hookah) was absolutely terrible -- the tobacco was very high quality but the actual shisha was too small, rendering the shisha useless and tobacco fully burned after five minutes.Prices should've been lower for lunch time...ended up spending $37And shisha should not cost more than $10, this one was $15.
