Definitely a treat! Make sure to carve out about 2 hours to eat here.  You will get a complete Morrocan dining experience with food that will leave you dreaming about it for months until you return!  The outside of this restaurant didn't appeal to me (it looks like a fish joint), but luckily I had seen pics of the inside.  They went all out on the inside to make you feel like you had left Greenville.  During your 5 or more course dinner you will get to see belly dancing...unfortunately, the bellydancer dancing the night we went wasn't very good but I heard that they switch them out so hopefully next time I go there will be a better one.

Ate at Aladdin's recently for lunch and dinner.  The food was excellent.  The outside has been given a fresh coat of dark red paint and spruced up with tiki torches to give it a mystical look.  The inside is amazing.  All of the furnishings are imported from the Middle East, Greece or Morocco.  The long bar is fully inlaid with Moroccan tile.  The drinks are exotic and great.   Lunch in the Greek taverna was top notch.  I had a Mediterranean plate with homemade falafel and hummus--very tasty--followed by a chicken pita with all white meat chicken and fresh tzatziki.  Lunch was about $7.50 each.  When we returned for dinner, we had the lamb shank and the quail.  They were delicious.  The food is very flavorful, but not spicy.  The prices are very reasonable for a 5 course meal, including belly dancing.  The dancer was quite good.  Our server did a fine job.  Midweek they have a $19.95 3 course meal.  We never expected to find this kind of quality dining outside of a major city and will return often.
