One of my favorite Mediterranean restaurants. Restaurant is located in a shopping plaza off of Roswell Road (which might have changed names to Atlanta Road by then), just North of Northridge exit and south of the River. Overall, a great place to eat. The atmoshpere is a bit bland, but clean which makes it not a date place, but great for lunch or a ncausal weekend meal. Probably around 10 bucks to eat. Check out my picws. Just wish it were ITP! You order your food at the counter, get a number and then sit down and wait to be delighted. I love their vegetarian sampler which includes stuffed grape leaves, hummus, babbaganoush(?) the parsley salad thingy and falafels. Their kabob plate is great which includes rice, chicken, beef, filet or lamb along with 2 sides of your choice from the items I mentioned earlier. The lebanese coffee is also nice. It's the thick kind that looks like it's going to be very strong and bitter, but is actually a little sweet and uniquely fragrant.

I have only had take out dinner from here. I ate the falafel and the hummus. The hummus was terrific. Some of the better hummus I have had from a restaurant. They give you a large portion, about 8 oz and it's less than you would pay at a market. If you find yourself at Publix next door and are only buying hummus and pita bread, do yourself a favor and walk down the sidewalk to Aladdin's and get a way better product there.

This was a little more casual than I'd expected (my husband read up about it, not me). Basically, you order at the front, sit down, and wait for your number to be called. If we go back, I think I'm going to try a Lebanese tea (I tried googling without much success - if my memory serves me, it's essence or orange or rosewater with lemon and pine nuts - and tea, duh). In any case, I got the vegetarian sampler, which overall was decent. However, I make better baba ganoush. It is not hard. Roast eggplant. Skin eggplant. Toss in food processor with garlic, tahini, and lemon juice. Enjoy. The hummus was tasty, but again - not hard to make. Their pita was DEEEEELICIOUS though. And their falaffel was very very tasty. It's too bad their stuffed grape leaves were basically mushy crap. Customer service needs some work though. All in all, about 3.5 stars, but I'm feeling generous.

This place is cool especially if you go out to lunch and you find yourself bored with what is being offered in the neighborhood. The Chicken Shawarma sandwich is good and I hear great things about their salads because they make their own dressings. The good news is you can call your order in, and they will have it ready pronto.

A great lunch places, its quick and filling, not to mention a good price for all you get!! The chicken shawaramas are my fav but most ppl I know get the Beef Shawarama, its is actually filot minon....Your meal comes with a side of hummus and pita bread!!! Parking is never a problem, which is great :)I have seen a lot of hookahs here..They have an outside patio for that, but sadly I haven't had a chance to try it since its my lunch spot ...lol..if I lived closer...I think it would be my hookah spot..heheGood food and the people are great :)

In Baton Rouge, Louisiana on just about every major intersection there was a Mediterranean Cafe. When we moved to the Atlanta area I found this not to be the case. I did find Mediterranean Restaurants but they weren't the same thing. Luckily, we found Aladdin's by chance and it was a happy day. It was about as close to the cafes I missed , only with added bonus...Hookah(Flavored tobacco smoked in traditional Turkish/Middle Eastern water pipe). There is no waiter. You order at the counter and get your food when your number is called. You have choices that range from Beef or Chicken Shawarma, Falafel(fried garbonzo bean patties),Tabouleh, Dolmas(stuffed grape leaves) ,variety of Kabobs and Pita pocket sandwiches. We had the standard Chicken Shawarma Plate which consists of generously spiced rotisserie slow roasted chicken, yummy hummus, Jerusalem Salad(a small medley of tomatoes and cucumber on lettuce leaf doused with a yogurt and olive oil based dressing) and rice. I also had the Baba Ghanouj( Smoked eggplant with garlic, tahini and other spices) served with their delicious warm pita bread. My taste buds were delighted to find what I been missing only better. I should mention they also serve Lebanese tea which is tea with pine nuts, a swig of rose or orange blossom water and couple of pieces of mint. As I got my tea I noticed they had Community Tea (Louisiana Coffee Company) then looked over and saw that they sold Zapp's Potato Chips( Everyone eats the home based Zapp's in LA not Ruffles) and then it hit me....they must be from Louisiana too. So I go over an ask and sure enough ,they were Katrina refugees. I immediately went over to shake one of the owner's hand and thanked her for giving me a little piece of home.As for The Deli part, I'm not sure if sporadic ethnic groceries makes one a Deli. Going back to the availability of Hookah or Shisha if you want to be technical about it, they have 6 choices of fruit flavored tobacco for your smoking pleasure. It is only available after 2PM and you have to partake of it on the patio. So keep this in mind if you abhor smoke... do not sit on the patio. The Interior is casual and seating is not much more sophisticated than a fast food place. Yet, the food is just as good if not better than some of the "fine" dining Mediterranean places in the area.Check it out, I'm sure you will not be disappointed by the flavor explosion that your mouth will savor.

The food was decent, but it wasn't spectacular. The service was okay (the food is ordered at the front and you have to pick it up from a counter so not much in terms of service) and the teen running the register at least did a decent job at that. I assumed the hummus that we ordered would come out as an appetizer or something, but it came out with the rest of the meal. This wasn't necessarily bad, but it caused us to use the pita with our meal instead of using it solely with the hummus like it was there for. If I lived next door to this place, I'd go every now and then, but since I have to get on Ga-400 to get to this place, usually, I doubt that I'll go very often. Maybe we'll try to find another med. place somewhere else. They do have a hookah section, but we didn't try this. It may be one of the only things that bring us back there.

I love this place. Love:- The falafel: Crispy balls of tasty goodness! Best I've had in Atlanta... Of course this means their falafel sandwich is delish.- The schwarma: Very good. They sell the schwarma seasoning there in the restaurant.- The lebanese tea. The Turkish coffee is yummy too, if you're brave enough for all that caffeine!- The tabouleh is also very good...- They serve generous portions. Great for sharing for to have leftovers for lunch the next day!- The Hookah Lounge! Less Love:- I second the other reviewer above when it comes to the stuffed grape leaves. Mushy blobs of mushy blobness. You can't really tell what's going on inside, which is never a good thing.- The kofta kinda looks like poop. :-) But, it doesn't taste like poop. (Not that I know what poop tastes like.) LOL It's actually very good, just not visually appetizing.

This place is awesome. Very good, especially for lunch. All of the food tastes very fresh and is consistently good. The food has much more flavour and freshness than any of the other Mediterranean cafes I have been to in Atlanta. I've never ordered anything here that I don't like, although I prefer the meals to the sandwiches to enjoy the meat better. The hummus rocks. I've never come here for the hookah's, usually because I'm here for lunch, but that would probably be nice to check out as well.
