Oh the delights of the middle east. I've figured it out... they're secretly fighting over the food!!! My enchanting meal here was started with an order of the Baba Ghanouj (pronounced baba ganoosh I believe). It's a very difficult flavor to describe, eggplant, garlic, and tahini, one word, delicious. If you love vegetables and you love garlic, you'll be in heaven. For the entree we chose the Kafta Kabob. Now, this kabob was not the kind that I'm used to being the Persian kitty that I am (mew), it was similar, but with much more seasoning. The Kafta Kabob consisted of fresh ground beef, onion, and heavy cilantro, my first taste of Palistinian food was a blessing, I loved it!In addition, the service was VERY warm, kind, and accommodating. It really seemed like they were going all out to please, and y'know, I like being pleased. The over all experience was very pleasurable and I look forward to going back to try the rest of their extensive menu... The lamb chops and rib eye have struck my curiosity... can't wait! They also have a lunch buffet, $6.95... WHAT? I am so there. Oh, and I almost forgot, the belly dancer was ... mmm ... enticing.
