Three Words: Magic Hat #9.Medici's Cigar Bar has Magic Hat #9 on tap, and if you've ever been to NY, NJ, or anywhere else in the North East where this delicious ale is served, you would understand how epic this is and what it really means. But not ONLY do they have Magic Hat #9 on tap, they have some SERIOUS happy hours. They're always changing it up, but the prices are effing great. Go for the beer, enjoy the atmosphere, whatever. It's cheap and its right. Just do it!

Definitely a college hang out.  My sister took me here a few months back and I had a pretty decent time.  The bartenders are friendly and definitely know how to mix and pretty potent vodka tonic.  I went on a Friday night and the music was good.  There weren't many people dancing, but there was still a good vibe going on.  I spent most of my time upstairs where the DJ was and where I could escape the majority of the cloud of stinky cigar smoke.  It's a cigar bar, so if you can't deal with that smell then you should probably go elsewhere.  This place is pretty popular among the UCF crowd, so it can get quite busy on the weekends and Friday night.  All in all, I'd give it a 7/10 - good time, good crowd, good drinks!

Medici Cigar Bar and Lounge combines a party atmosphere with a laid back feel. They have cigars, hookahs, pool tables, and a live DJ.The bar here runs almost the length of the entire building, and pool tables are even further back. Medici's is a pretty friendly place, despite the upstair private section where you can rent out a table and a hookah for yourself and your friends. As a recent edition to the Orlando scene, Medici's has one thing that many other bars don't, a tremendous selection of cigars to puff on.

Let me start off by saying that, in my opinion, cigar smoke and a night club DO NOT mix and can make for a really nauseating experience. However, that didn't stop Medici's from being developed...and becoming quite the success among UCF students.Medici Cigars is not only a cigar bar, but also a full-service bar turned night club when the sun sets. They have a vast variety of cigars and can make any drink you desire. The second floor has a DJ spinning transforming the whole area into a dance floor of sorts...which makes it hard to move around if you are up there. It may be because I am over the stage of dirty bars, getting wasted and staying out until the wee hours of the morning, but that aside, I really do not enjoy going here...mainly because the horrid stench of cigar smoke and sweat is just too overwhelming. Not to mention I feel old when I'm in there because most people are younger than me.Overall, this could be a good hang out place if your an undergraduate or around that age...but I recommend avoiding this place if you're not.
