Good food, friendly and accommodating staff.  Lunch and dinner buffets and hookah all day, though you have to smoke outside.  Fantastic for whiling away the time on the street over a mint tea and nargile.

We went to Mejana for the lunch buffet. I don't smoke, so the hookah isn't a draw for me. The menu is mostly  Egyptian cooking and leans more towards inexpensive veggies and grains. There were very few meat items. Its OK , but I prefer Mythos (Greek) if  I am downtown, and Andy's, Floyd's, or the Gyro Plaza if I am not limited to downtown.
