Dhuwan is a pretty cool little place. Get a hookah, or BYOB from next door and kick back w/ a few friends and listen to the Friday night DJs.While this place is definitely laid back, it was a little TOO laid back when I went. Had a great night, but was unaware that this place actually charged cover. Apparently, when there are DJs, the first hookah is "free" when you pay $10 a head. I was here for about here 4 hours, and there was no communication from the management about this until it was time to settle up and go home (no signs/advertising about this either)! Needless to say, this put a damper on our night when we were told about this at the last minute --- and we felt a little awkward.Overall, I'd do it again. Dhuwan, you are OK w/ me.

I guess location is everything, because this place has nothing else and still manages to exist.The stats:$11 per person minimumcrappy hookahsno arabic coffee or dessertBAD musicThe most important problem is that the tobacco has no flavor. I don't smoke cigarettes, so when I smoke hookah I get a buzz. Not here. This stuff has NO flavor.DO NOT GO HERE. It sucks. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE SUCKS.
