Smokah Hookah is a tiny tobacco shop. I say tiny, but it's packed. They have a little something for any smoker's needs, from Zippo products to ashtrays, specialty and novelty lighters, rolling equipment, tobaccos, and of course... hookahs!I went into the store specifically to look at hookahs; though they have a decent selection, I was disappointed at the pricing scale. Other places around Detroit sell hookahs anywhere from $20-50 for smaller 1-2 person hookahs, and SH is at the higher end of that scale. Needless to say, I left the store empty-handed. I would suggest going here for your tobacco needs. They have some wonderful brands of hookah tobacco, and just getting to smell those tins made me want to drop $100 to try them all! But the people here are really nice. Hell, try haggling down one of those hookahs just so you can support their store! They're THAT cool.

This is a cute little shop with a friendly staff. I'm not a smoker, but I have a friend who is into hookahs. When I walked by a few days ago, I noticed they were having a sale, hookahs for $12, and I went in to check it out on my friend's behalf. The hookahs for $12 were tiny but cute. The larger ones were more along the lines of $40 and up. They have everything you'd need for your hookah, including the charcoal briquets and a really wide variety of scented tobaccos, from cappuccino to watermelon. They also had pipes, rolling papers, and ordinary cigarettes and cigarillos, all at pretty reasonable rates. The clerk was friendly and happy to answer questions about which hookahs were on sale.
