Huba's Hut is inside Yasmeen's Mediterranean Grocery. There's a little kitchen in the back, with a couple of tables in front of the hookah display.Their baba ghanoush was listed as a "Tasty Secret" in Tri-City's annual dining issue, and it is quite good. Fairly extensive menu, ranging from soup to wraps (shawarma, falafel) to "pies" (spanakopita, cheese pie). The falafel are baked instead of fried and it's made fresh, and they have hummus plus two other flavors (roasted red pepper and something else). Drinks are picked out of the cooler behind you, which included a variety of juices and nonalcoholic drinks - I tried the mint kefir but it was a bit too authentic for me (very sour). My companion tried a brand of cider which came with sugar and guarana in it; he liked it.The food arrives in takeout containers and the environment's basically a (very clean) grocery store. But the food's good and the staff is very helpful. My companion had never had Lebanese food before and he really liked it.
