Yahala Hookah Lounge

I love this place!  It's in strip mall and is possibly less atmospheric than some other hookah lounges, but I rather enjoy the ample lighting and the abundance of tables.  I have only been on weeknights, but I have never seen it too crowded.  The owners are super nice and give great service.  Often the tv is showing middle eastern music videos, which is a lot of fun!

Their Hookah is the worst in Austin, that's why it's cheaper; trash is cheap too.  They don't use the same displayed tobacco, they use different brands/cheapest. Plus, the Hookah itself stinks and dirty; I don't think they wash it after every customer. I give them negative -10 for their customer service because they don't have any. The hairy guy that works there has no manners; I don't know why they let him work there!!! I don't think that the owner really cares about his business; it could be much better. I Do Not recommend this place but hey, you can give it a try then you may find more stuff to add.

I have some hookah-loving friends, and they love this place!  The vibe is nice with some comfy seating and couches. The lighting is low, so it's a relaxing place to chat or study. When we were there, they played interesting middle eastern music videos on a TV, so the music set a great mood! The owners are so great and helpful! We had the lemon mint flavor, and it was awesome. 1 hookah for 2 people was on special for $7.99--that's a great deal! If you like hookah, check it out and help out this independent business:)

I don't like this place! Bad customer service, Bad Hookah, and they got the worst tea in Austin. I don't even know why they are open!!!! They don't care about their customers!!!! If you want to have fun and enjoy your time don't go there, they will ruin your night!
