I've been to many Planet K locations...I'd like to say that I've been to every Planet K location in Austin. Fact of the matter is..I love these stores. The Riverside Location is my normal store to go to. Great for gag gifts. But I especially love how helpful their staff always is. They're also very knowledgeable. I'd been having some problems with my hookah as of late. Yes, very sad. So I took her into the doctor's office. :) Planet K. Their counter clerks told me exactly what I needed, help me get the most decently priced one..and was very honest when I asked about the quality based on the price. My hookah is happy and working properly now and I also got my hands on some newly flavored shisha! :) Thanks Planet K.
