What caught my brother and I's attention was the extremely rare wickedly evil authentic American Supercar none other than a Ford GT-40 parked out front.  (see photos)  After the owner watched us leering at the car and taking photos for a while, we decided to stop in for tea, coffee and while we were totally full after dinner, some fries which were excellent.   The smell in here was so nice that we will go back to eat and try some hookah.    Relaxing place, nice shopping center, well lit and we were surprised to find this open still at almost 11pm on a Tuesday night.

Sinbad is sinfully good!Exciting! I guess I'm the first one to review this new restaurant. I almost don't want to share this gem. This little strip-mall joint has apparently been open for about five months. When my husband and I stumbled upon it over the weekend, there was only one guy having lunch outside on the front patio and a couple inside watching European soccer teams battle it out on TV. The decor consisted of a peach-colored wall of banquettes with tables and chairs on the left hand side, tables in the middle, and booths on the right. The covered patio outside was very plain, but would be a great place to read the paper, enjoy some Middle Eastern food, and perhaps puff away on a hookah, as the man we saw sitting out there on Sunday was doing. Our meals were completely enjoyable. We dipped warm pita bread into creamy, nutty hummus. We inhaled some refreshing tabouli that was light on bulgur and heavy on flavor. We shared a chicken shawarma and a beef shawarma, and I couldn't tell you which one I liked better. The chicken had a zesty garlic sauce and the meat had been well marinated. The beef was juicy with hints of allspice, and the sandwich dripped tahini onto the best French fries I've had in a long time. My iced tea was nice and cold, and I would have asked for more, but our waitress seemed caught up in the soccer game and didn't pay much attention to us. That's ok though. It was nice to enjoy that delicious meal without interruption. I'm going back to Sinbad Caf. See you there!

Sinbad has private indoor booths enough to seat up to 10 people comfortably. great selection of hookahs (although the flavors are a bit too strong. my fav is lemon mint or strawberry mint.) and the waitstaff + owners are all really nice! also, each booth has its own flat screen mini t.v. so thats cool too. haven't tried the food yet but the bucket of fries, chocolate cake, and most of the desserts are yummy! Why 4 stars? It's location isn't the best. Its in a kind of run down looking plaza. I wouldn't feel safe walking to my car alone at night even though it is well lit. The restaurant allows cigarette smoking inside which makes for a horrible atmosphere (esp when mixed with the hookah smoke)

I went here recently with a friend and really enjoyed myself. The food was decently good. Had a sandwich with some sort of kebab meat inside. The spicey sauce that came with it was great and the fries were ok, if overly spiced. The hookah was amazing. They have lots of flavor combinations--we had mango, but I hear that mixing in some mint shisha with whatever other flavor here is really good. There was a man that came around ever 15 or so minutes with fresh coals, which was great. The hookah smoked forever, long past when we were done with it. Very good value. The atmosphere was ok. There were some large booths, all of which were full when we got there, but that looked much more atmospheric than the table we got stuck at. There's free WiFi, apparently, and a lot of people came there to get a hookah and study. Looked great.I'd gladly recommend the place. Just maybe get there early enough for a booth if you can.
