In town from Chicago to visit my Mom and insisted on something other than Tex-Mex after 3 nights in a row of it. I'm not sure "Cool Cafe" completely lives up to its name but the food certainly was good. We had the hummus to start which was fantastic and I had a crepe with chicken, spinach, and feta. Crepes were made omelette style vs. being rolled, but no matter, it was good stuff. Rest of menu was odd - a mix between Middle Eastern fare like falafel and pastas. I suppose you could describe the decor as pretty "cool." Understated with wooden tables and chairs spaced nicely apart. They also were blasting the XM "Cafe" station; is that cliche enough for you? :) Seriously, it's a good place, especially if you are sick of tacos and BBQ.

Came here to smoke hookah, which was a disappointment, but their food was SO good that it made up for the hookah. I ordered dolmas while my friends ordered a dessert crepe. The crepes were amazingly delicious, and not too sweet nor too heavy. And they were pretty inexpensive. It's also open late at night, so if you're feeling hungry this is a great place to go to hang out with friends.

I'm a big fan of hookah bars so I wanted to try this place out. I have to say I was a bit disappointed in the hookah. When I went there I had to pull someone aside to get attention to the coals, but in their defense it was a pretty busy evening. The hookahs were a bit pricey but the food wasn't. I ordered a crepe and it was really tasty. There's nothing too special about the inside, but the employees are pretty nice and helpful. I really like the fact that it's open late.

Great crepes and smoothies. The wait staff is weird though. I've had to wait forever for service, food, the check before. They just don't seem to care. But this is one of those places you take it, because they serve good food. The sandwiches are good too, because they come with roasted potatoes.

Masto-Khiyar blows my mind hmmm. Wait staff is really nice, and the owner is quite literally COOL.

Went here this past weekend with a friend. I ordered a mocha and a Jamaican(?) crepe while my friend ordered a hot cocoa and a Bonita. Yeah... so they couldn't get my mocha because the machine was broken... and then the waiter completely forgot that I had even ordered a crepe of my own! He brought us two forks and the Bonita crepe... what a let down. I probably would've let it slide if it was busy but it wasn't! And then it was really warm inside. I wasn't diggin it at all! This is a neat place to hang out with friends, eat a crepe, and if you'd like, smoke a hookah for a…
