International Delights Reviews

Ambiance in this place is fairly nice...especially if you want to eat while you are connceted to the net and using your lap top or cell phone...which it seems like everyone is doing here. These are patrons who enjoy their computers and social life via the cell more than they do food. The menu is interesting and you might like this place if you are into yuppy-style specialty drinks. I have always found the food to be very average and unexciting....uninspiring! The food is not necessarily the best value for the buck. They do have a nice little outdoor eating area in the front of the restaurant. If you want really good Greek food...go to Tiffany's off South Telshore near the Mall.

Aight this place has a very cool and relaxed environment to enjoy your fine dining experience. They have a water fountain.....you can't go wrong with that. The food is sooooo freaking good and you can't forget about the coffee which is sexy !!!!! However, they did do away with the happy hour from 3-5 I heard.... So very sad.

the food was standard middle eastern fare, nothing exciting or original, but filling. prices were a bit steep, but the food plentiful enough. the coffee was very coffee-like, the employees nice, and the patio, despite the not cockroach but cockroach sized bugs crawling everywhere and being next to an albertson's, provided a place to sit and watch the locals. it was okay. but i imagine it's leagues above anything else in las cruces.

Great atmosphere and pretty decent food. Dishes are consistently good, prepared with the same quality every time I've been there. For the most part, my favs are hummus and the chicken kabob plate. Delish. I've tried other dishes as well and haven't been disappointed yet.

I find their prices a bit high for the food but their unlimited refills on drinks and free WiFi make up for it. The staff is usually friendly and they have a cool little shop where you can get "Exotic" coffees and such. The atmosphere Is nice as well. Though if you like your iced teas, their iced tea late in the day leaves something to be desired. The food is good, though again pricey for my tastes. Go for the atmosphere and free wifi if you go.

pretty alright place, chill environment to lounge in and the food is different from Las Cruces norm - never have i ever had to look so hard for a Falafel. Its nice place to go hang out with pals and do homework while sipping on a tea, coffee or just enjoying some dessert. the Falafel by the way, needed a little help. Still a nice place to visit to get out of the "norm". I believe it is also the only place to enjoy a hookah in this town, if you don't own one yourself; Although, I have never asked to try one... yet, so they may just be decoration. half the cafe is also a grocery store for your eclectic middle-eastern treat needs, if you wanna attempt the Baklava at home.

International Delights is a very reliably good restaurant to go to for a quick lunch or dinner in the El Paseo area of Las Cruces. We've had good sandwiches, gyros, lamb plates (lamb is hard to come by otherwise in Las Cruces), greek salads, and there is a nice adjoining grocery store with middle-Eastern items. And there are many beautiful-looking desserts but you'll have to ask someone who eats dessert on a regular basis what they taste like! The atmosphere is casual. The owner of this establishment is extremely accommodating. I once had to arrange a large catered event, and International Delights was reasonably priced and very helpful with the whole thing.

The baklava here is amazing. Try the Moroccan mint tea , it's pretty tasty. I haven't had anything other than the baklava, but I hear their food is good, too. Free wireless, clean, and plenty of seating. They have a little grocery section, and from what I saw, the prices were better than similar products I have seen at Albertsons.

If you're a baklava fan...they must have had about 10 varieties. They have a pretty good variety of java too. I got the vanilla cheesecake which I'll probably get again next time. My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which was delicious. A lot of patrons on laptops filled one section of the restaurant. Another side was full of regular customers and they have a pleasant outdoor patio area that was still heated at 8pm in Las Cruces.International Delights was a nice find for wifi and good eats/drinks.

Another LC restaurant I miss. I always had the gyro sandwich with a Greek salad although the fries were tasty too. Nice and fresh with tasty sauce. Mmm. The desserts are fun too, but I'm a sucker for pretty food. Lots of good coffee and of course, Italian sodas. Free WiFi makes it a good study venue, there's usually soccer on TV too. I loved the little "market" in the back with lots of ingredients for Indian and Mediterranean food. They actually have Turkish Delight there! Being a Narnia fan, I just had to try some (I always thought it was chocolate until I saw it) and unfortunately was disappointed, although my husband enjoyed it. Trying out the various "yogurt drinks" and prune sodas in the refrigerator by the counter is also good group entertainment. :)

Consistently good food with good service. Pleasant atmosphere and the little grocery shop is something to keep an eye out for. The little outside area is a good place to sit, relax and enjoy (in good weather); though beware of the fountain splashing when it's windy.Oh and the cappuccino is pretty good as well AND they have wireless access.

I really like this place. It has ambience, is quite enough to take your studies or friendly enough to hang out with friends over pastries and coffee. The outdoor area is great for summer and/or smokers and has a peaceful fountain to add to the atmosphere. The outside doesn't look promising, but once you get in, it's one of the only places in Las Cruces that I truly like to go back to often. The staff (both front and back) are very friendly and seem to enjoy their work. They also have a small "store" near the back that sells some nice foods/spices/novelties from overseas. I highly recommend it.

Oh man, this place brings back some memories. I LOVE the Greek Salad there. It's pretty awesome. The prices are kinda high for LC, but still way cheaper than I'm used to, so I'll take it! The staff here has always been awesome and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to the area.

Consistently great food! Like nothing else in Las Cruces, with a large selection of Mediterranean cuisine. The patio is pleasant and the interior is a great place to catch a soccer (football) match! This restaurant is one of the gems in Las Cruces!Update: Recently I have been going for breakfast. Their Mediterranean plate is awesome. I cannot think of a better way to start the day than with this plate and a couple cups of coffee! Consistently great food! Like nothing else in Las Cruces, with a large selection of Mediterranean…

I am in town for business and was looking for a nice cafe for lunch and with free WiFi and was referred to International Delights Cafe. First off, the interior features decorations and decor from around the world including Hooka pipes for sale. The place had a good selection of international choices. I went with the Grilled Chicken salad and some hummus. The food was well flavored and it probably featured some of the best pita bread and hummus I have had it a while. More importantly, the restaurant offered a good choice of coffees, espresso, and Italian sodas as well as baked goods. Lastly, they feature a targeted selection of international packaged foods as well. There is a large outdoor patio as well that, from what I could tell was a haven for the few existing smokers left on the planet. The only negative was the location. I was surprised such a cool place was located in somewhat of a rundown shopping center next to a RentACenter. If it keeps costs low, not a problem I guess.
