We go in and the place isnt even packed. Then they give my friend crap cuz he doesnt wanna smoke. But I bought a hookah and that didnt matter. At other lounges I never get the kind of disrespect they gave us. I would rather go to Sitara and day of the week.

They are expensive and have a dirty bathroom. They also gave my friend super crappy service on her birthday. They harrased her and were extremely rude besides all the business she brought the place. She also was a loyal regular, but that went overlooked. They called her friends rude and tried to pawn stuff off on her even though she did nothing wrong. Whatever you do dont go. They also lost their dj which is no bueno. The one fun thing about Cloud 9 was the music, and even that is gone.

I have been a loyal customer to this hookah lounge for at least 5-6 months now, never have I once had an issue with paying for a hookah, or ordering one. and I have never given an attitude when it comes to the bill. So I was really pissed off beyond belief when I was treated like a pile of trash by the owner who I considered to be friends with. I was demanded to order 3 hookahs for people who weren't even my friends. I was there for my friend Kaylee's birthday party. Those people were here friends and I had never met them before. On top of that they were demanding new "cover charges" for people who just wanted to sit and not smoke. This new charge was $6 per person and on top of it when i specifically said I only wanted one hookah (for me and kaylee) i was yelled at because her friends didn't have money to smoke. On top of this we were told we had rude friends, said we were shit talkers, etc. So I was not only mistreated but also degraded when I tried to pay for my hookah. I will never go back to this hookah lounge. There are plenty of others out there and they have more reasonable prices than this angry environment.

This has to be one of the best Hookah lounges ive ever smoked at!Ive been to many hookah/ sheesha lounges in the world and I must say that the hookahs at Cloud 9 in lasVegas has some of the best tasting and long lasting hookahs. Highly recommended if you appreciate GOOD Hookah.

Cloud 9 is an amazing place to come hang out and smoke hookah at. The environment is super chill which could probably be said about other hookah places but there are 2 things special about this place that cant be found anywhere else, non disgruntled employees and "Sweet Pain" TM'.  The people that help and serve you here are not employees, they are just people like you and me that have made friends with one another and the owner and help out around the shop in return for friendship and sweet pain of course. It is because of this that when you are approached after you sit down that you know that the person in front of you has but the best intentions of meeting you and making you feel welcomed. Ive only been here maybe 3 times and im already known by my first name. It is a nice dim environment with plenty of comfy couches, free Wi Fi and snacks to eat. The music is the latest of whatever you want, if you dont like it just take your ipod to T and he will throw it on or just bring some MP3s from home. This place is definitely ace.
