I had a pizza here, with pineapple and jalapeno--sounds simple right?Well the jalapenos weren't jalapenos, they were banana peppers.  Major misrepresentation, rendering both toppings bland and insignificant mixed together. That being said, they definitely piled the toppings on, and had a good amount of sauce and cheese.  The crust was decent enough--not gross at all, but not "real" good [Mulberry's status as the superior crust-maker is well intact].They cut their pizzas into 12ths--I don't mind this personally. Most importantly it was moderately priced, I could place the order online and it was here within the time they said it would take.Next time I may try one of their kabob plates and/or something else, but the pizza isn't bad.

Pi is a great option for a 4 block stretch of Sunset that is otherwise populated with sandwich chains and people-watching pseudo-European cafes.  Great Mediterranean staples, with pizza, pasta and calzones as well.  The prices are about a dollar higher than Hollywood Pita, 2 blocks away, and the food is way more delicious.  (Aioli on wraps=LOVE.)  I always pick up my food, so I can't speak to the table service, but I definitely buy here once a week for lunch.  My favorite is the chicken schwarma wrap.  The wraps are on the small side, which means they give you the kind of portions you should be eating, not the portions you're used to eating.  All the wraps come with a lovely tomato cucumber salad, which is also included in the plates.  The plates are huge: a heap of rice pilaf, aforementioned salad, and a hearty portion of whatever meat (or falafel) you choose, along with great pita bread. I refuse to eat at Subway (I've heard hygienic horror stories), the Panini nearby takes too long, and Hollywood Pita is bland.  Even if there were a stronger local competitor for my lunch affections, I think I'd still prefer the straightforward and reliable Pi on Sunset.

Excellent place under new management and newly decorated. Kelly the owner is a doll. Service is charming and helpfull. Middle Eastern fare is typical but fresh and served simply. Beef Schwarma plate is tender and flavorful, served with rice, pita, hummous and salad. All crispy and fresh. Very impressed with the salads, dressing is tangy and spicy without drowning in dressing. Atmosphere is warm and modern pop from the Middle East is very cool.

Really delish!  I prefer to get takeout because the employees are... kinda weird, to be honest.  They make me feel watched.Chicken shawarma = heaven in a pita.

a favorite lunch spot of mine! great ambiance and strong garlic smell throughout.. the restaurant is family owned/run and the service reflects as much. I go with a Lebanese friend who informs me this is pretty authentic stuff, and that's more than sufficient. not that my tastebuds didn't already approve..the falafel platter is great with its little donut-shaped chickpea balls, chicken kabobs nice and juicy (comes with a wad of white garlic 'paste', not for the weak). i do wish the toasted pita came fluffier and warmer though. overall a lovely little place, nice retreat from the bustle of sunset blvd. sit inside or out.. grab a cushion..sip a coffee and call it a leisurely lunch

Worth the drive, great people watching spot right across from Peets Coffee and tea! They have hookah on the patio and scrumptious arabic food!

Pretty average.  Not sure whether it was good or not.

The only drawback I found about this place were that the tables and chairs outside were very rickety. I did not take off a star however, because the service was excellent. The waiter was very good at helping us decide what to order. The baba ghanoush was very fresh and delicious, for the main course I got the lula kebobs, which were the best I have ever had in the area. Although I could have left completely satisfied, the waiter brought us desert on the house! Which I could not turn down. The best part about it was that it was a desert I would not necessarily order but it was absolutely amazing. I will most definitely be returning to Pi.

I enjoyed my meal!Went here with a friend last night. The restaurant is very quaint with old brick walls, a fireplace and couch-like seating instead of booths. The food was good, a lot on the plate and reasonably priced. Tasted fresh and healthy! I personally enjoy the slightly more flavorful taste of persian food over lebanese, but this food was delicious. The service is bad, so do not be in a hurry.
