Couple friends and I hit up this place a little while after it opened. Large humidor stocked with decent brands at reasonable prices. Since the place mainly contained older men sitting around smoking cigars, the owner seemed rather excited that some college age students came into his shop. He wanted to talk about cigars for awhile, so he lit up two cigars for us on the house in order to keep us around for a chat. I mean, really, there's no better way to spend a friday afternoon than smoking a free cigar (unless you're eating a burger WHILE smoking the cigar). He then offered us multiple student discounts on our cigars. They also had a discount cigarette bin, just another added perk. In conclusion, if they added a grill and sold burgers, I'd be here all the time.

i am seriously here bi-weekly... i love this place!i know the owner from the other Planet Tobacco on Glenoaks and when this spot opened up he hooked me up with a discount on a new hookah which i constantly use everyday. i spend about 40 bucks every time im here, because they usually have everything i want. and the guy that runs the store (i forgot his name) will go and look in the back or call the owner if im looking for something and they dont have it out. i dont smoke cigs or cigars so i cant advise about their selection... but they do have other smoking paraphernalia for your buying pleasure.awesome awesome AWESOME! im gonna develop lung cancer and die happy because of this joint.

What a great little place! Lots of hookah tobacoo and prices are very reasonable! They have lots of different brands and most of them are the best brands out there....some are as low as $1.99 a box!

I have to drive around to find suppliers of my favorite imported cigarettes. I'm always looking for Gauloises (they stopped importing those in CA), followed by Players, followed by Merci's, followed by Dunhills. the dunhills are a no brainer, the french canadian ones (players and merci's) are a little trickier to find.so Smoke City is triple grade bad ass because not only do they carry one or two of the above, but three! aaaand...the merci's are only $5. awesome!my only kvetch is that they're closed one day a week, and i can never remember which day it is, but i compulsively end up needing cigarettes on that day. but that is my fault, not theirs.i also like even though they sell those tacky bongs and pipes, they didn't stoop to that level where the inside of the store looks like a trashy liquor store. there is a shallow veneer of class that makes me feel comfortable.

This place has so much stuff, I drive 20 minutes to get here. Prices are average. Help is helpfull. Selection and presentation is very nice. Lots of Cherrybombs, other flavored cigars and cloves to please the wife. The cigars I have gotten there are ready to go and very nice. All the common big names in the humidor. Rocky Patel, Cohiba, Aston etc. Picked up a La Flor de Dominica Double Ligero, a Graycliff 1666 and a RP Decade on my last visit. Cant say I visited long but it looks inviting. Need to pick up a flask on my next visit.

I like this place. They've got a good selection, the prices aren't bad and it's a bit more down-to-earth than a lot of the other cigar "lounges" in town. Just a mellow place to buy cigars and other smoking stuff. They have tons of cigar accessories, as well, so I'd recommend them as a place to buy a humidor, cutters, etc...

Well holy hell frozen on a popsicle stick. Where did this place come from??My partner in crime this day needed a pipe and heard that this was a good place. It is!I failed to purchase anything however except of a bottle of Zippo liquid fuel. They don't carry Zippo replacement cartridges here, (or maybe they do), the help behind the counter was some kind of under-formed terrestrial. Lights on, nobody home. He was kind of limp and zoned out and not helpful at all. So I have no confidence that they don't NOT carry them. The only time E.T. clipped into gear was when he reached in front of me to grab my coffee out of the machine which really T'd me the F off! He thought the machine was too complicated for me.Great coffee btw. It's a cool gourmet coffee machine that for .75c issues you a decent size brew of mocha, coffee with milk, and one other selection. But what killed me was the quality merchandise and pristine decor.Pliable leather lounging couches abound with arrogant "menchildren" smoking cigars planted atop each one. The place smells as rank as a baboons underarm but you get used to it. And if you don't mind crouching, they have the most bad-ass selection of thick glass ashtrays you could imagine - and flasks. Oh the flasks! Medium to large, jewel encrusted, design stenciled, gleaming decanters waiting to be filled with the finest liquor. And if you are into cigarette cases. They have plenty for the ladies. Some of these really require the bearer to be wearing long white gloves, and a sleeveless black shimmy dress. (Pardon me for I'm a male with no vernacular for women's clothing) which means... find me on one of those smoking couches, posing arrogantly and smugly, having the time of my life. There is a separate room dedicated strictly to cigars. Also, there are loads and loads of small hookahs sitting on the glass display cases that line the entire perimeter, AND a ginormous selection of glass pipes.Even if you don't smoke, this place is just a fun visit - however - bring a clothes pin for your nose, and some quarters for the coffee machine. You don't want to get space napped by the "close encounters" guy.

Place just opened up about 1 Month ago. The Cigar stock was still coming in but stocked most of the brands I am accustomed to seeing. The humidor room was well stocked with good names (Cohiba, AFuente, Max, Acid, Partagas, Rocky Patel to name a few). Prices were comparable to what I find in many other places. The owner was extremely friendly -- offered coffee even. Tables outside; leather chairs inside; separate chairs/tables inside as well. More stock was coming in and another table in the humidor was being put into the area to hold more cigar stock. TV to watch while seated to smoke your stick.Area is quiet; moderately lit. Plenty of street traffic; parking available on street, around corner. At 9PM, the place had people lighting up, relaxing and talking. Also had cigarettes, cigar and other tobacco's for perusal. Will definitely come back when in the area.

The spot for a good cigar with some tea/coffee. Great people and atmosphere.
