The food is okay, the drinks are ok, the fun times are a plenty! The owner (partner?) Hess is old school and super funny. We used to come here weekly before class at 3rd Street Dance and sometimes had so much fun at Breadsticks that we'd be too drunk to go to class and would just sit around with Hess all night. Fun times indeed.

My friend and I were walking down third street, on the way to Grand Luxe (ok, Third Stop has totally outworn its tenure as my favorite go-to spot) when we were lured in to breadsticks by the man standing behind the bar.Totally don't regret it.The food was pretty good- but the service was what made the experience great. Hess is awesome and he really looked after our table the entire night (never caught his title, but it seemed to be either owner or partnership level). We were there for no joke 4 hours, drinking wine, smoking hookah, and enjoying the risotto pescatore (they offered 4 different sauce choices red, pink, spicy, non-spicy). Hess checked in with us the whole night and I don't think our wine glass was empty once. And when the bill came- totally reasonable price (2 risotto pescatores, 2 bottles of wine, and a hookah came out to $110)
