This place gets quite a crowd for being away from the city and being nestled in a storefront that makes it look closed. The front glass wall opens up to a patio area which has extra tables to sit. From the street you can barely tell its open because it'
s covered in trees but once you see the 'Bliss Cafe' you know you came to the right place. The best way to enter is to come from the rear parking lot and take the rear entrance inside. The only comparable place nearby is Zephyr which I give very high ratings for.
The prices are affordable. You pay for you coffee and smoke and wait for them to deliver it to you. There's quite a huge crowd of kids that go here. Since they don't serve alcohol and the prices are cheap it becomes a major high school and college hangout. The lighting is very dark. Any lighting at all comes from the lights on the bushes, the LCD, and menu where you order your stuff.
This place is good for cheap hookah but the ambience is not there. It's a normal cafe shop. I would suggest going to other places unless you are in the area.

Big entrees, nice feel to it, but can be a bit cold in the winter months (yes, that's inside, not on the patio). When I went there, I had the lemon salad and a hummus plate. All of it was very good. It's a nice casual place to sit with your laptop and have a coffee while checking up on email. No booze.

I'm pretty sure Miguel B. and Elizabeth T. must've either had a little something else to smoke before coming here or had someone different packing their hookah than I did. I had the Pineapple Express, as it was highly recommended here and by the waitress taking my order. I smoke hookah a lot with my friend who also makes his own Starbuzz mixes, so I was pretty excited...and...it sucked. It was like smoking unflavored hookah. I asked the guy who made it if it was supposed to be so mild. He tasted it and said that maybe it needed to be hotter, but it seemed fine to him. It was easier to smoke once he made it hotter, but it still was the least flavored hookah I've ever had, Starbuzz or not.Put on top of the fact that it put me out $14 (+drink), I was very underwhelmed. I wouldn't quite give it one star since the location was pretty nice and it's now the closest place to smoke hookah since Equator closed, but I would definitely just get their cheaper (I think like $7-10), house tobacco since the Starbuzz blend was so bland. Oh, and also free wifi, just ask for the code at the front counter.

I went with my friend on a Tuesday night and we were both loved it! We got the apple hookah and since there is a one drink minimum we got hot cocoa and a water bottle. The apple hookah was great, it was soft and smooth not too intense. My friend had the hot cocoa and she loved it. The service was slow but super friendly, the slowness is probably because it was so busy. I would highly recommend this!

Pinapple Express = biggest explosion in my pants as a SUPER FAN OF HOOKAH!Who ever invented this shit... should get the noble peace prize of hookah making. SO GOOD! Make sure you have more than just 2 people hitting that pipe because my friend and I got a massive headache and erection at the same time from all that tobacco.A: on the atmosphere... chill, relax, and comfy. me likes.Love the glass partition that opened into the patio/deck area.A+: on the hookah selection of course.Starbuzzzzz... always a good sign.B: on the food and drinks... cheap and hits the spot.What I ordered: cheese fries, pita humus, some sweet bread (all tasty).B: for the service.Could be faster and prompt but there were a good amount of people there so I can't complain too much.Overall... this place is worth taking your homies to chill and smoke some hookah on a relaxing nite.

Great atmosphere. I love the big tables where I can spread out and do my work. The staff is extremely friendly. I even think it's a good thing to be located away from Old Town, as it's more peaceful. So why only four stars? My drinks, both times I went, were sub-par. The hookah, which I've not tried, may be great, but it's the coffee that I'm going for. In this area Bliss, I was let down.

I have been going here since the place opened in July 2008. The owner knows me by name and is very courteous to me and my friends who come back everytime we're all home in the area.Hookah is cheap, 1 drink minimum per person. There is, however, NO minimum hookah purchase per people in group (if 6 of you shared 1 hookah, it would be okay), so that's really cool.A few months ago, a food menu was added. List from cheese fries and jalapeno poppers to kabobs and pita wraps. Food is very affordable.Drinks range from soda to watermelon juice to cafe items like steamed moo, cappuccinos and frapps to perrier and orangina.Small cafe on corner lot with a bamboo-enclosed patio with space heaters. Nice decor and area. Highly recommend it as with 3 people, drink/hookah comes out to being $5-$7 for the night. Free wi-fi lets me study there when I come without friends.

Went there for a business meeting, and was very pleased. The service was a bit slow, but the food is very tasty. Had a chicken kabob combo plate and it came with plenty of food, to include hummus ( mmmmm). Not really into the hookahs, but if I was I would go there, nice setup. Would eat here again for sure.

Great place to smoke hookah hang out. I like the open patio, even the seats inside feel like you are outside because the front of the cafe is all open.FYI: They have a one drink minimum. They have some good drinks, the watermelon juice WAS good, and the chocolate shake.Another FYI: They don't sell food..at least they didn't when I went.

Great place and very cozy. Really nice setting. Excellent food and friendly service! This place has style and a REALLY great hookah flavor selection. I will come back again with my friends soon!
