glass garden is the balls, i fucking love this place and everyone who works there. they're so chill to shoot the shit with, and their stuff is so well priced. the glass is all quality shit, this is the only shop you'll ever need.

This is my go to smoke shop. I live about 35 miles away, and there are other, closer shops, but I still go to Glass Garden. The selection is amazing. You can get anything from a basic water pipe or an elaborate art pipe. I always have received a great deal as well. The prices are already fair, and then they usually hook me up with an additional discount too! The staff are all really nice and super helpful, unlike many other smoke shops I have been in.

Helpful staff- they know their products and customers.  Prices are fair; not a bargan which is offset by the wide glassware selection, incense and accessories.

I love this place. They have a great selection and awesome prices, but more importantly, they have amazing customer service. My boyfriend and I purchased a glass piece here and the next day discovered a huge crack in it...we weren't sure if we had done it, since we hadn't noticed it before, so we didn't take it back. We mentioned it while there the next time, and the owner actually offered to take it back and swap it out for a new one!! That kind of customer service is virtually unheard of, and is probably the reason that this place has such a loyal customer base. High-ly recommended ;)

the selection is better than most in the area.  my friend travis and i bought a hookah here when we were 16 and we were stoked on life, haha.  the employees are usually just hanging out, smoking hookah, talking and watching tv.  pretty solid times, if you ask me.

Great customer service.  Great prices. The smoke shop itself has gone downhill.  I was there yesterday and here is how it went. Glass (ahem) items:  Low on stock regarding low priced items with exception of irregular / sub par pieces.  They make great stuff but there isn't much these days under 40 bucks. Need better quality control as there were items that I definitely would not even try to sell. Over 40 bucks and things get real beautiful, fancy and one of a kind.Cigarettes:  "We are out of cigarettes" (It's a smoke shop for pete's sake!)Glass smoking device cleaner:  "We are out of that".In short.... a complete waste of time.  I suspect the owners here have been doing too much medication.

Very good and unique pieces, good customer service, and non-ripoof prices for the quality. Plus, they're phasing out the porn, which makes me happy (it seems so unnecessary).
