the food is good although a bit over priced for what it is, but i haven't eaten there in over a year. i used to be a regular customer.the last time i ate there, my friend and i had just come from working out, which was obvious from our attire. the OWNER of the restaurant  told my friend she should work out more because apparently her head is "too small" and her butt is "too big" and it's not proportionate. seriously, the dude was detailed in his insult. i'm gunna say it's probably not the brightest idea to comment on your customers' weights, especially when you're in the food business. why's he looking at her ass anyway? needless to say, i boycotted the place and made sure everyone i know did too.

I'm not sure why some of the reviews were hating on this place so much, I for one was pretty stoked to happen upon this spot. I've lived in OC for 2 months now and this is the first place that I've found that is open late and not called Denny's. MV is seriously lacking in places you can just chill and hangout with friends. If they started serving beer, I'm pretty sure they would know me within a monthVery cool patio area, kinda sketchy on the inside(minus 1 star), but no one seemed to congregate there anyway. I didn't try the food, but the coffee and Hookah were good. As for the service, their was like 1 guy running the whole place and he seemed to be doing an OK job I will mos def return.

Am I obligated to give this place a star? Can we do zero stars?My first impression is that [and here, I may sound ignorant and uneducated -my apologies] if you're not Persian or friends with the owner, you're gonna have to fight for attention at this goddamn place!!My friend and I just wanted to smoke some hookah as that this place is one of the very few places in the Mission Viejo area that is opened late.  We secured a table, but not without having to deal with the owner casually conversing with his other patrons, only seldomly and slowly counting our money and getting us set up.  They serve water, but wow, it took forever to get a refill -and we were sitting next to the waiters!! The charcoal or whathaveyou was harsh. In my hookah smoking experiences, I've never hacked up a lung as bad as that night. Worst hookah ever. And the entire place was loud!Loud with people who have no manners whatsoever.  With us sitting in the corner, it was difficult to get out. It was as though, for the other patrons, moving their goddamn chairs was a difficult feat. Never ever coming to this joint again!

Perhaps I had good experiences here because I came here with my cousin all the times I came here, and she is friends with the owner. I enjoyed both the hookah and the food here.

I love this place - they have great hookah!  The first few times I came with a friend who knows the owner.  But I have come back several times without her and still received great service.  Try their blue tequila mix hookah - it's the best.

I've been to this restaurant multiple times because I used to work next door.  It's nice inside.  There is no AC, but they have fans.  @ Ghimie Q: They are not Persian over here.  They are Arabic.  The only reason I get good service is b/c I am with an Arabic woman.  Otherwise, good luck getting good service when they are busy and even mediocre service when no one is even there.  The food is overpriced, but not bad.  I will not go here unless I were forced to.

This place is fun after the bars close. Usually a young and friendly crowd after midnight. The hookahs are cool but the food is pretty bland and its also a bit expensive. Maybe thats the way the food is meant to be. I usually order the Gyro that never reminds me of a Gyro and makes me question why do I always order this thing because its so small. I guess it doesn't matter if nothing else is open.I would recomend this place if your looking to sober up before a drive home from the bars. Ive never been here during the day.
