I would often come here with my friend to have tea and pastries. They have really delicious vareniki, a pastry stuffed with cheese that is really hard to find! There's a little waterfall inside and other fancifulness. The location is odd since it's in the mall complex, but it is a great place to relax for awhile.

As long as you don't mind brushing shoulders with the Russian Mafia, this place is stellar. Excellent hookah, wine and ambiance.
